The Program

Powered by Endeavor, Dare2Scale is a 4-month, industry-agnostic, and non-dilutive accelerator for entrepreneurs who are eager to scale their already profitable businesses through group workshops and 1:1 mentoring from Endeavor’s network members as well as PwC’s top regional consultants.

Supporting over 88 alumni companies in the past 7 years, with an average participant NPS of 9.8 out of 10, Dare2Scale has established itself as a leading accelerator in the region.

Every year, the program partners, together with the Endeavor network, interview the shortlisted candidates and select a cohort of 10-15 high-potential companies to join Dare2Scale.

This highly tailored program empowers founders by providing access to essential resources, a powerful network, and mentorship from some of the most successful entrepreneurs and leading industry experts in the region—key elements for achieving sustainable, global growth.

Headquartered in Bulgaria, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia

Entrepreneur commitment to growth and learning

Demonstrated market validation and scalability potential through revenue, investment, and/or clients

Sessions

The program features a minimum of 6 two-hour group sessions focused on key business topics and the most relevant challenges for each year’s cohort. Led by high-profile executives and founders, the sessions are always custom to each cohort and provide the founders with unique perspectives and useful resources to further grow their ventures.

Mentorship

Embracing Endeavor’s “pay-it-forward” culture, Dare2Scale connects late-stage founders with regional powerhouse mentors. Participants gain 1:1 strategy sessions with senior PwC consultants alongside personalized, high-level guidance from our network of successful serial entrepreneurs.

Networking

Founders have numerous opportunities to expand their network during Dare2Scale. In addition to the Kick-Off and Demo Day events—each historically attracting over 100 attendees—founders will gain access to exclusive networking gatherings across the region, as well as Endeavor community events in Bulgaria attended by key stakeholders, investors, and successful founders.
